How to Order & Claim NDIS Funding

- Purchase directly from Funphix
- Pay upfront & request a Tax Invoice
- Submit a claim with for reimbursement through the my NDIS app or portal
✔️ Plan-managed participants
- Request a tax invoice from Funphix
- Send the invoice to your plan manager
- Have them pay us directly on your behalf
⚠️ Important
To be eligible, the equipment must:
- Be reasonable and necessary
- Align with the participant’s NDIS goals
- Fit within the appropriate funding category
Supporting Documentation
We recommend providing supporting documentation with your claim:
- A short product justification explaining how the equipment supports your goals and/or
- A letter of recommendation from an allied health professional (such as an Occupational Therapist)
